Working with me
Most times it means the relationship you have with yourself. Often it means your marriage, or your relationship with your children, your parents and your friends.
I have discovered there are usually stories running underneath. Stories that have been playing in the background of your mind so long that they can sound like the truth. We work on the stories themselves, with breath, with visualization, with the body. Which ones, and in what order, depends entirely on you.
I have done this for decades, and studied it even longer.
I work with people one on one. I have found it best to start with a conversation, so we can decide whether I’m the right person for you.
What I believe
We are all incredible created beings, made by a loving God. Our body, soul and spirit are all connected.
That is why I don’t look at just one part of a person.
One relationship affects another. When something changes in one, even the one you have with yourself, the rest move too.

You can bring every part of yourself. All of you will be cared about and valued, and all of you get celebrated.

A little about me
I have overcome a great deal. A childhood that was not easy. Many health issues, including breast cancer. And more than thirty years of learning how to build a healthy marriage, without the tools to do it well. There is plenty in those years I am not proud of, and plenty I did not know could be done differently.
I was a pastor for over twenty years, and I am still on my own spiritual journey.
Everything I know, I went and found because I needed it. I did this the long way, and you don’t have to.
Chico, California is home. I have built a beautiful life with David, my husband. We have been together since we were teenagers. We are recent empty nesters, and we raised four wonderful human beings that we adore.
Helping people is what I have always done. I am not neutral, and I will tell you what I see. I will ask you the hard questions, and then hand you tools to do something with the answers.
